Horrible customer service have been waiting 3month I have been waiting 4 months for a sim card to be activated the phone is useless without it i have been having to use my old sim card and topping up 15 a month to be able to use the phone, i have called up several times and have been told by several customer service agents to wait 48 hours for manual connection i have taken multiple days off work so i can call in as the phone is in my nans name so i also have to travel to her house as it was an early Christmas present, The phone is somewhat ok but has the moisture in charging port glitch which is known of samsung products and basically makes it useless as you cant use it to listen to music or charge the phone over wire only by the use of wireless chargers which are not great to put it politely.
